Two episodes from the long-running Dr. Who were lost sometime after airing in the 1960s and were assumed never to see the light of day again. However, the two episodes (Part 3 of the William Hartnell story “Galaxy 4” and Part 2 of Patrick Troughton’s “The Underwater Menace”) have been restored to the BBC Archive. read more
