Directions:

8-10 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 part white chocolate liqueur
1 part coffee liqueur
1 part brandy

Fresh whipped cream
Chocolate-covered espresso beans (garnish)
Directions:
Combine milk espresso poweder, chocolate syrup, caramel and Kahlúa into the blender and mix. Add ice cream and blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped cream and espresso beans (caramel sauce if desired).
5. Vanilla Bean Bourbon Milkshake

1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 fresh vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
11 ounces vanilla ice cream (about 1 ¾ packed cups)
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) bourbon
Directions:
Put milk, bourbon, and vanilla bean seeds in the blender and mix. Add ice cream and pour into glass.

1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1/4 cup caramel sauce (more for garnish)
Pinch ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon dark rum, optional
1/3 cup whole milk
