Forza Motorsport 7 Has Gone Gold, Demo Coming Soon
Images via MicrosoftMicrosoft wants you to see how nice their cars look. Look at them. Think they look nice already? Well, take a look again, but in stunning 4K. Racing game Forza Motorsport 7 by Turn 10 Studios is Microsoft’s primary showcase for the power of Xbox One X. Microsoft’s Xbox division announced on their blog today that the game has gone gold. In layman’s terms, this means that the game is ready to deliver.
If you can’t wait until its release next month, Microsoft is putting out a demo for the game on Sept. 19 to hold you over. The announcement came with a new live-action TV commercial (embedded below), featuring a group of gamers (including comedian Adam Corolla and driver Ken Block) playing a game of musical chairs—though, of course, with very fast cars in place of chairs.
Look out for Forza Motorsport 7 on Oct. 3 for Xbox One and PC, and play it on aspiring PC Xbox One X when it launches Nov. 7.
