About the Book

Join Jodie Maine, an aspiring author and musician, in a tale of old friends, new friends, relationships, music, literature and an awful lot of coffee.

In "Coffee And Ink" Jodie finds herself back in touch with an old school teacher after eight years, who casually mentions that he is a band, and introduces her to the other band members. Suddenly her previously hum-drum life becomes a wild blend of love and loss, friends, family and a rollercoaster of emotion.

About the Author

I'm a shameless procrastinator and right-brained introverted optimist with a love of llamas and meerkats.

I enjoy reading everything from biographies to horror (no chance for a crossover there, unless it's Christopher Lee's biography of course), romance and sci-fi, true crime, crime fiction, and everything else I can get my hands on.

I've been writing since I was a child - I literally can't remember when I started writing. I used to read dictionaries as a child, and I was reading YA fiction when my friends were still on Biff, Chip and Kipper.

I adore words and music and I love my children to bits, even though they run me ragged—well there are five of them, so it wouldn't be any other way!
