Emilie grew up surrounded by music in a small, northern California town called Yreka. Heavily influenced by her parents and their own musicality, she started playing and listening to music at a young age. Her senior year of High School she picked up a guitar and hasn’t put it down since.
She released her first album titled “Today Is Tomorrow’s Yesterday” in 2006 expressing her passion for writing folk-influenced music with a hint of Jazz and in 2008 she released another album titled, “not here. not now.”
Since then, she has moved to Los Angeles to continue her musical career. Her newest demo “You & Me” is named after the poignant song of the same title and reflects her growth as a singer/songwriter and showcases the interlacing melodies of her vocals and supporting guitar.
