Co-produced by singer/songwriter Jon McLaughlin, the album is filled with all original tunes by Scharbrough and features two duets - one with Jon McLaughlin and the other with Gabe Dixon. "Sit With Me" showcases Scharbrough's soulful vocals, stellar piano playing, and beautiful songwriting. She navigates the complexities and seasons of life with raw sincerity, depth, and humor. The project presents a mix of country, gospel, jazz and pop coming up with a creative folky blend. It skillfully showcases intricate and dissonant vocal harmonies.
