Timothy John

Timothy John is an Asian American blues guitar player and singer/songwriter originally from Edison, New Jersey and Orlando, Florida but currently located in Orange County, CA. He has opened for and shared the stage with the likes of Yuna, Bad Suns, Mr. Little Jeans, and Jeni Suk. In the midst of releasing his debut EP, “Stubborn”, he is constantly searching for new and exciting forms of inspiration. Yearning to create authentic lyrical content and hauntingly beautiful melodies, Timothy John attributes much of his influence to songwriters such as Eric Clapton, Jim Croce, and more modern artists such as Matt Corby and Hozier. He plays with a band of talented musicians and friends that contribute to the unique blend of gritty blues guitar, jazz grooves, and soulful vocals that is heard in his music.
