Morrissey Announces U.S. Tour Dates in Support of Low in High School

Morrissey may have “spent the day in bed” earlier this week, but he’s spending a good chunk of his fall season touring the States in support of his forthcoming album Low in High School, due out Nov. 17. The tour kicks off in Portland, Ore., on Oct. 31 and continues until Dec. 7, where he’ll take the stage in Boston.

He previously announced a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, which garnered so much attention that it sold out almost instantly. Luckily for Morrissey fans, a second concert at the Bowl was added to the itinerary, and luckily for Morrissey fans who also love Billy Idol, Idol will appear as a special guest for both shows.

The indie-rock icon does have quite the reputation for canceling shows, however, so we shall see how well these prior engagements hold up. Nevertheless, check out the itinerary below, and while you’re at it, listen to Morrissey’s first single from Low in High School and check out the tracklist for the rest of the album here.
