Just in case you thought New York City’s Governors Ball was the only game in town, Panorama is here to remind you that it can pack a punch, as well. The other Randall’s Island Park music festival has unveiled an eye-popping initial lineup today, topped by headliners The Weeknd, Janet Jackson and The Killers.
The three-day, third-year festival will feature performances from huge indie-rock acts like St. Vincent, The xx and The War On Drugs; established virtuosos David Byrne, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Father John Misty (not to mention his former band, Fleet Foxes); buzzy up-and-comers including Japanese Breakfast, Jay Som, Downtown Boys, Chicano Batman and Paste’s best new artist of 2017, SZA; red-hot hip-hop stars Cardi B, Migos and Gucci Mane; and under-the-radar electro stars Jlin and Yaeji, to name only a select few.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, Feb. 2 at 10 a.m. EST via Panorama’s website, available at limited-time pricing until Saturday, Feb. 3 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Regular pricing kicks in on Sunday, Feb. 4 at 12 a.m. EST, so don’t dilly-dally if you want to save a couple of bucks on Panorama passes.
Panorama runs from July 27-29. Find the fest’s full 2018 lineup below, in both poster and alphabetical text forms, beneath a 2009 St. Vincent performance from the Paste Cloud. You can click the lineup poster to enlarge and zoom.
