Wonder Woman 2 Will Be the First Film to Adopt PGA Rules on Sexual Harassment

We wrote on Friday about the Producers Guild of America issuing anti-sexual harassment guidelines for all U.S. film productions, but now we know which film will be the first to put those guidelines into practice. It only makes sense that the movie be Wonder Woman 2, a story about a feminist icon that had been held up a bit in recent months by its own association with a man accused of sexual harassment. The PGA announced the Wonder Woman 2 news via its PGA Awards ceremony. State the guidelines:
“While the PGA is a voluntary membership organization, the PGA’s Anti-Sexual Harassment Guidelines are sanctioned as best practices for our members. The PGA is indebted to Time’s Up as a resource in creating our protocols. We will continue to work with them, the industry-wide Commission led by Anita Hill, and other organizations in our community until sexual harassment is eliminated from the entertainment workplace.”
