Nowhere Boy Book 1 in a story in verse/narrative poetry series. Part autobiographical, part sci-fi/fantasy all narrative poetry and prose. Nowhere Boy is the first in a series of Trilogies. Poetry and prose creatively tell the story of Nowhere Boy, a young man in search of living solid in his identity. Challenged by fear , oppression, racism, alienation and isolation from those he trusted. Will Nowhere Boy take on the formidable task to find answers related to his origin and identity, or does one rabbit hole just lead to another? Take on the task with him, carry the struggle further.

About the Author

Joe Francisco currently resides in Ewa Beach, Hawaii with his wife, Hazel and their 4 year old daughter Novyse.  He recently completed his first year of a doctorate of education program.    He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and works as a Military and Family Life counselor providing aid and solution focused therapy to active duty members and their families as needed.  Joe has been writing as a hobby for years.  After many years performing as a spoken word artist and helping with various poetry workshops and events; he has decided to take a leap of faith and self publish his poetry collections.  In September of 2017, Scribblings from an Introvert Vol. 1 became available on amazon.com.  Now, Nowhere Boy, the first in a series of poetic verse/novels and stories is available on Amazon in paperback and e-book format as of April 2019.  Joe's experiences in his work and life are the primary inspiration for his poetry.
