Asthmatic Kitty Records

The new spring sampler from Asthmatic Kitty Records inaugurates the label's 15th year of releasing independent music to the world. Lily & Madeleine begin the sampler with an unreleased acoustic track of "I've Got Freedom." The sampler sprinkles some new tracks from forthcoming and recently released albums from Half-handed Cloud, Chris Schlarb, and Hermas Zoupula, in between tracks from Fol Chen, Denison Witmer, Sisyphus, and Helado Negro. Closing out the sampler is the 13-minute "Year of the Horse" from Sufjan Stevens from his Enjoy Your Rabbit, which is will vinyl issue for the first time in June.
