Ben started ROCKET TO ANYWHERE in 2014 as a solo project in which he could explore many different genres of music, and it quickly grew into something more. He enlisted the help of various musicians he had played with in the past to create the unique sound of ROCKET, the indie sensibilities of which have been described in the press as "Raw and very rhythmic, a stark contrast to cookie cutter radio anthems." Playing in various restaurants and coffee houses in the West Palm Beach area, Ben has developed a listening audience that has now taken the band to various venues all over Florida.
ROCKET TO ANYWHERE spent the beginning of summer 2016 recording their debut EP at Miami Beach Recording Studios (Michael Jackson, the Bee Gees) with engineer Pablo Reynoso. The EP will be mixed by Matt Knobel (Elton John, Boston, Lenny Kravitz) and mastered by Emily Lazar (Foo Fighters, Beck, Linkin Park, The Killers). It is expected to release Fall 2016.
