Valentine’s Day is upon us! A day to celebrate love, a special someone — or to just drink. Whether you’re spending this year’s Valentine’s Day with a significant other, or on your own with the home bar, we’ve rounded up 10 amazing cocktails that are bound to make your day just a little bit brighter.

Ingredients
1 part Belvoir Elderflower & Rose Lemonade
1 part Lemon juice
2 parts Pineapple juice
frozen berries

Directions: Shake all the ingredients together with ice and strain in to a chilled cocktail glass.Sprinkle crushed frozen raspberries & blueberries onto the froth on top of the drink formed by the shaking.


Love Potion #9

Ingredients
½ ounce Golden Rum
½ ounce Belvoir Elderflower & Rose Lemonade
2 ½ ounces Pomegranate juice
2 squeezed lime wedges

Directions: Pour all ingredients into a hi-ball filled with cubed ice and garnish with fresh mint

Ingredients
1 ½ ounces gin
5 raspberries
3 lime wedges
½ ounce Belvoir Elderflower & Rose Lemonade
1 ounce lychee juice
Lychee and raspberry to garnish (optional)

Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with plenty of ice. Strain into a highball glass over fresh cubed ice and garnish with a lychee and raspberry on a stick.

Ingredients
1 oz. Jägermeister
1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. Brovo Amaro
Chocolate Molé Bitters
Grapefruit Peel

Directions: Combine all ingredients together, stir & strain into rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with chocolate molé bitters and a grapefruit peel.


Kinky Pinky

Ingredients
2 oz. of tequila blanco
3-4 dashes of serrano pepper tincture
Lime

Directions: Mix together tequila and tincture. Squeeze half a lime, topping it all off with grapefruit soda. Serve mixed and enjoy!

Ingredients
1.5 oz. VDKA 6100
4 chunks watermelon
3 slices of jalapeño pepper
.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. simple syrup

Directions: Muddle the watermelon and jalapeño in a shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a martini glass.

1.5 oz. Avion Silver, rosemary infused
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Campari
.75 oz. Rosemary Sryup
.5 oz. Lime Juice

Directions: Shake and pour over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary.


Besame Mucho

Ingredients
2 oz. tequila
0.5 oz. cyan
0.5 oz. aperol
1 oz. lime
0.75 oz. of well grenadine

Directions: Pull all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Shake, and then pour into a martini glass. Top it off with a lime peel and sip away!


Love Punch

Ingredients
35 ml. Belvedere Vodka
25 ml. pineapple juice
25 ml. lemon + vanilla sherbet
5 drops of ambergris infusion
5 ml. fresh lemon juice
Champagne to top off

Directions: Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Top off with champagne, and garnish with redcurrant and jasmine.

1 oz. Patrón Silver
½ oz. lemon
¼ oz. pomegranate syrup
¼ oz. honey
Fresh thyme
2 dashes peychauds bitters

Directions: Shake ingredients with ice. Double strain champagne, absinthe spritz, or Prosecco float into a coupe or champagne glass. Garnish with fresh thyme.
