The folks at Munchies dig deep into Brooklyn Brewery, getting co-founders Garrett Oliver and Steve Hiindy to talk about their brewing philosophy while sniffing a lot of hops. “We’re not doing focus groups, trying to figure out the mind of America,” says Hindy. “We make stuff we like, then go out and sell it.” Oh, and Garrett Oliver once took the Ramones bowling.
