With their melancholic melodies, delicate vocals and intimate, romantic lyrics, the ambient pop sounds of Cigarettes After Sex have garnered millions of streams worldwide.
The ethereal slowcore group is composed of Greg Gonzalez (lead vocals, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass), Randall Miller (bass), Jacob Tomsky (drums) and Josh Marcus (keyboards).
On Monday, the band posted to Twitter and Instagram that new Cigarettes After Sex tracks are on the way, along with a short video from a seemingly dreamlike jam session in Palma de Mallorca, Spain:
Their most recent release, 2017’s Cigarettes After Sex, boasted standouts including “Apocalypse,” “K” and “Sunsetz,” among others.
