About the Book

Fr. James is frustrated. His parish is comatose, his town is dying, and his faith is weak. For years he has prayed for renewal - something, anything to bring the light of Christ's love to these people. But when reports surface that two of his middle school parishioners are seeing the Blessed Virgin in their backyard, Fr. James wonders if this is the answer to his prayers or an elaborate hoax. Meanwhile, the police chief with a mysterious vendetta against the Church will stop at nothing to put an end to these supposed apparitions. Fr. James and his parishioners are forced to ask the question: what is the cost of faith?
