Basically, he has been a soundhunter, active in field recording. He participated in several international recording contests, winning a lot of prizes. French radio people from Radio France / France Culture (Les Chasseurs de Sons) became resigned to call him "Pêche-son", meaning "fisher of sounds", by analogy with his real name Peschon. His alter ego, Michel Biwer, even published a hammond organ album featuring popular melodies.
His biggest hit however remains the street recording of a barrel organ playing Puppchen, du bist mein Augenstern and Sous les ponts de Paris. You may listen to it on Spotify. Also these pieces have been used in a cinema movie .
Later on he created a non commercial recording studio, getting linked with some 2000 musicians and involved mostly in vocal renaissance, classical and jazz music.
Today he aims at promoting concert events and culture in general.
