Farewell Flight

For fans of:The Killers, Bruce Springsteen, Delta Spirit, Counting Crows, Nada Surf

Born in the farmlands of Pennsylvania and coming of age in Nashville, Farewell Flight is a guitar and synth driven rock band with instantly nostalgic sing-a-long melodies. This four-piece draws comparisons across the board, from reigning desert synth kings the Killers, to the gravelly teen angst-soaked lyrics of Bruce Springsteen. These new Nashville natives have come out swinging, already having their lead single The Places We’ll Go featured on both the CW’s Hart of Dixie as well as CITGO’s national 2013 summer TV and web ad campaign. Since the release of its new fan-funded record I Was A Ghost, Nashville tastemaker Lightning 100 has added the lead track Scarecrow to regular rotation, and featured the band as an Artist of the Week. Squinting brazenly at their bright future, the Farewell Flight is currently writing songs for a new record.
