Description
After 20 years of trying to forget, I remembered what it meant to be Vladimir's Universe. What it felt like. What it sounded like. My motto has always been "Do what you can with what you have where you are". That could mean banging on pie tins in my bedroom, tracking on a Commodore 64, messing with tape loops in a radio studio, playing the guitar on stage, or assembling samples in a sequencer. This album took a few years to finish, but it was all done at my green desk on a laptop. Since my old recordings were usually released on 46 minute cassettes, I broke the album into two "sides" that are 22 minutes each.
Credits
I mostly used MuLab and Audacity in the creation of this album.
