When Father John Misty is not decrying the entertainment industry, he occasionally releases a song. You know, because he’s in the entertainment industry. At least this sort-of new song isn’t more ranting—quite the opposite, actually.

“Real Love Baby” is a pleasant, free-spirited tune, preaching about, well, love. Previously released on Soundcloud, this single has since been remastered into a smooth and peaceful track, making us forget that Our Father has a vengeful Old Testament side.
