Earwolf Expands with Three New Comedy Podcasts

Midroll Media is expanding their Earwolf network of comedy podcasts with three new shows, featuring comedic talents Lauren Lapkus, Jimmy Pardo and Jo Firestone. Their programs will join popular comedy podcasts like Comedy Bang! Bang! and How Did This Get Made?

Dr. Gameshow debuted on Earwolf Oct. 25, and features UCB alum Jo Firestone and Manolo Moreno as they invite comedians and callers to participate in crazy original game shows submitted by listeners. Similarly, Playing Games with Jimmy Pardo has the titular game-show host pit contestants against celebrity guests in trivia, competing for the chance to win a grand prize. The show debuted today, Oct. 31.

Podcast and improvisation veterans Lauren Lapkus and Jon Gabrus will launch Raised by Television on Nov. 8, which will feature the duo reminiscing about their favorite pop culture items from the ‘80s and ‘90s. Finally, improv comedy show Womp It Up! with Jessica St. Clair will return, with St. Clair as “everybody’s favorite intern, Marissa Wompler,” alongside Charlotte Listler (Lennon Parham), “to divvy out love advice.”
