Rising World Music star, Nicoletta Filella, is an pianist/singer-songwriter from Milan, Italy. She is an acclaimed, classically trained pianist and singer but her songs are a true mix of genres and moods - with elements of balkan (collaborating with the Kocani Orkestar (Macedonia) and Klezmer superstar Merlin Shepherd (UK)), swing, flamenco, jazz, rock, dub etc. The transformation of the songs into larger-than-life pieces is down to the collaboration with Bruce Stevens - producer and arranger from South Africa / UK. Nicoletta travels worldwide with her music.
