Watch: British Parliament Man Barks Like a Dog at Female Colleague, Gives Very British Apology

Here’s your backstory: The right honourable most excellent etc. etc. etc. Nicholas Soames, who is a conservative member of Parliament and a grandson of Winston Churchill, apparently barked like a dog at Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh, a member of the Scottish National Party in the House of Commons. The reason? She condemned Donald Trump in remarks to the foreign secretary.
