Here’s the first trailer for Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, the new show from Tina Fey and her 30 Rock colleague Robert Carlock that NBC passed over to Netflix a few months ago. If you remember, this is one of our most anticipated comedies of 2015. It’d still make that list even if we’d already seen this uninspiring trailer. It has to be hard to sell a comedy with a concept rooted in a apocalyptic cult, but from the music to the editing this trailer feels more like a generic Hollywood rom-com than the new show from some of the best comedic minds in television.
