Seth Meyers Takes a Closer Look at the White House Communications Staff Shake-up

A human pinky ring, the only magician you could find on short notice and the guy who leaves a doo-wop group over creative difference are just a few of the jabs Seth Meyers threw at the new White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci during his latest “A Closer Look” segment.

Last night the Late Night host bid Sean Spicer adieu, pointing out the fact that it seemed he had never even had a conversation with the President. He then gave a warm welcome to the new addition to the communications staff, who, judging from his first press conference, will avoid questions with unwarranted praise for Trump.

After mocking Jared Kushner for sounding like a five-year-old, Meyers also took the president to task on the still-mysterious health care bill, his desire to pardon himself and his disturbance that special counsel Robert Mueller could be able to access his tax returns. What about his tax returns is Trump trying so hard to hide? Meyers speculates that his legal first name is actually Donna.
