The first ever Beer Mile World Championship was held last year in Austin, Texas. Some of the world’s best runners showed up to drink and run their fastest (the world record now stands at 4:56.25). Some threw up. Fans showed up with giant Chuck Norris head signs. We found a video that captured the magic of this athletic/drinking event. The 2015 Beer Mile World Championship will be in Austin again this year, on December 1, 2015. Watch the video and start training.
