GlenDronach Made a Special Limited-Edition Whisky for Kingsman: The Golden Circle

Kingsman: The Golden Circle officially premieres later this month. In honor of the film, GlenDronach is releasing a new GlenDronach Kingsman Edition 1991 scotch whisky. Only 240 bottles of the whisky will be made available to the U.S. market, and they won’t be cheap: each one is priced at roughly $900 each.
The whisky was actually hand-selected by film director Matthew Vaughn for the film.
“A Kingsman is smooth, elegant and packs a punch, as does The GlenDronach—so it felt like the perfect fit,” says Vaughn. “I selected the 1991 vintage as it marks the birth year of ‘Eggsy,’ who is also known as Kingsman agent Galahad. It’s really special to get a limited edition like this, and even more so as The GlenDronach is my favorite single malt whisky. I hope Kingsman fans around the world enjoy it as much as I do.”
