Adele Surprises Grenfell Tower Firefighters, Proves She’s an Angel Walking Among Us
Photo by Frederick M. Brown/GettyGrammy-winning singer Adele paid the firefighters who fought the massive Grenfell Tower fire a visit, bringing them cake to show her appreciation and further proving she’s an angel on Earth.
“She just turned up at the station and knocked on the window and said she had some cake for us,” Chelsea Firestation manager Ben King told The Independent. “So we opened the door to her and then she took her sunglasses off and said, ‘Hi, I’m Adele.’”

Rob Petty, one of the firefighters, posted on Facebook that Adele stopped by “for a cup of tea and a cuddle,” and calls her “wonderfully grounded and caring.” Adele also visited the tower itself not 24 hours after the blaze to comfort those affected. Thanks for being kind, Adele.
