Emily King and Norah Jones Share “Bad Memory” Reimagining

Singer-songwriter Emily King has joined forces with Norah Jones to release a reimagined version of her song “Bad Memory.” The track, a labor of love born through the time the two shared together while touring, is a smooth intermeshing of two of the most exciting contemporary women combining jazz influences with poppy sonic architecture.

“I’ve been an admirer of Norah for years. I got a chance to tour with her last summer and we sang a song together every night during her show. It was really awesome. Her timing and feel is so beautiful…It was such a treat to sing my own songs with her this time,” King told Paste. “She kind of makes everything effortless. It was a really fun day recording with her.”
