Karen O and Danger Mouse Continue the Collaborative Spirit with a Lou Reed Cover

The (pretty great) Karen O/Danger Mouse collaborative album, Lux Prima, is only a few months old, but more music from that pairing is always a good thing, right? The duo swung by SiriusXMU Sessions to perform the inimitable Lou Reed’s “Perfect Day,” particularly appropriate for O after her 2015 performance at Reed’s induction ceremony into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

O and Danger Mouse also released a short video in May detailing the work that went into creating Lux Prima. Check out the clip and “Perfect Day” below.
