As people have come to discover more and more over the years, your diet is one of the most impactful contributors to your health. That’s where Mealime comes in, and when used in tandem with some other fitness apps, it can make a decent dent in your unhealthy lifestyle.
I have to say, I love the simplicity of the app. So many ecosystems these days have convoluted menus and options that bog down the user experience, and Mealime basically eliminates all that. After a few brief non-obtrusive questions the app displays a host of meal options—that’s it. Said questions include things like allergies, your general propensity for meat, and even dislikes, such as eggplant and olives. You can also customize it to feature low carb options.
