Google Trips: The Newest App Every Traveler Needs
Photo courtesy of GoogleGoogle announced the development of its newest app, Trips, on Monday, September 19th, opening doors for travelers across the world.
The new app helps users plan their trips by organizing plane tickets and hotel reservations, as well as serving as a travel guide for more than 200 cities around the world. With an attention to detail only Google can show, the app will also make trip recommendations specifically for you based on your Google history. The best part? You don’t have to have an international data plan to use the app. Before embarking, simply download your maps, walking directions, rental car information, and more.
Trips also allows users to browse through a list of Day Plans, Things to Do, and Nearby Attractions all based on current location. For those who are skeptical about Google having a satellite pinpointing your location, this may not be the app for you. For those who seek effortless, carefree travel, this app is made especially for you.
