Finally, we get to see Noah in therapy being counseled by the brilliant Cynthia Nixon, but unfortunately Alison has ditched the session. Noah takes that opportunity to discuss all of his issues, which of course cannot be handled in a single session. He is probably a candidate for daily therapy. Meanwhile, Alison has ditched therapy, because she has to deal with the Lockhart brothers. This whole interaction circles back to the paternity questions surrounding Alison’s baby.
