Life has been wild and full of adventure for Texas singer/ songwriter Austin Gregory. Born in Jacksonville Texas his interest in music started early on in Junior High through all of his school days. After graduating he went to work as an electrician for a big construction company and traveled all over the country to make a living, but music and writing songs was always on his mind. Eventually he landed a job in South Carolina and met some musicians who were interested in starting a band. After months of rehearsals and putting a show together they bought a bus and hit the road playing the east coast circuit. He played every honky tonk from Florida to Baltimore for close to 3 years. Opening shows for artist like confederate railroad, Hal Ketchum, and T. Graham Brown. The Party eventually came to an end one day so he moved back home to Texas. Looking for something new, he landed a job in Houston working as a deckhand on a towboat. After several years and a lot of school he eventually became a captain pushing barges on the Mississippi River and intercostal waterways. Needless to say he still had the music running through his veins and began writing and recording songs in a small studio at home. Songs about Life, songs about living, songs about drinking and having a good time. He may have a few miles and grey in his beard but that's what made him who he is. He lives by the saying I ain't dead yet and is very excited to share his journey with anybody who wants to listen.
