Leading up to the release of "Collected", a selection of Johan de Kock's most emotive Trance and Progressive Tracks and Remixes

over the last 5 years including brand new cinematic reworks, available for absolutely FREE from 01 to 10 January 2016, Johan has been trying his hand at some Future House, under his brand new "JET BLACK JAC" pseudonym.

While Johan's greatest passion for dance music had always hovered towards Trance, being influenced by the late 90's sound of Ferry Corsten, Paul Van Dyk and Armin Van Buuren, and the progressive elements of BT,Sasha,Digweed, Breeder, Dave Seaman and Way Out West, there was never any doubt that House and Especially Speed Garage played an essential role in forming Johan's unchanging love for all of Dance Music, being introduced to Todd Terry, Armand Van Helden, Dillon & Dickins and the slightly chunkier sound of Untidy Dubs in his formitive years.

Take that deep rooted love of the old school and mix it with the future sounds of Oliver Heldens, Don Diablo and EDX... and you've got an idea where Johan's "JET BLACK JAC" starts to form a recipe for dance floor memories.

The first FREE EP to come from "JET BLACK JACK" , features "Days Like This" and "Touch The Sky", both undeniably bouncy, with "Days Like This" the chunkier of the two, featuring all the elements that make your feet desperately and automatically move into a shuffle. "Touch The Sky" on the other hand, creeps into something slightly deeper, while still dabbling in a fair share of bounce, as well as a Vocal worth switching to repeat.
