Joy Caroline Mills is a songwriter and producer from the Indianapolis area. Having recently returned from a 3-month stay in England, Mills is ready to release the music she made there. "Fever Dreams" is a 6-song EP which marks her bold departure from the acoustic genre to the electro-pop genre. Mills wrote, performed, recorded, mixed, produced, and mastered the entire record by herself.
