Curb Your Enthusiasm is Coming Back, and Larry David is Thrilled About It

Curb Your Enthusiasm is returning to our lives at the perfect time, and Larry David is just as thrilled by his HBO comedy’s imminent resurgence as we are, if not more so. Production kicked off on the show’s forthcoming ninth season today, and L.D.’s excitement is on full display in a new promo cut by HBO, starring the very funny J.B. Smoove and … David’s trailer door.

“Woo, your boy Leon Black is back, baby,” declares an enthused Smoove, exulting outside David’s trailer. “It’s been five years. Everybody cannot wait for the new season of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Bring your ass out, Larry, c’mon!” he implores. Watch Smoove continue to pound on David’s door, threaten to do the whole new season by himself (which we would gladly watch), and then leave, his enthusiasm entirely uncurbed, below.
